SAINT REGIS WINERY
Saint Regis Winery is a small, family run Winery & Restaurant.
Our first vines were planted in 1997 by Peter Nicol, in the rich limestone soil of Waurn Ponds on the edge of Geelong.
2001 marked the first vintage of Saint Regis Shiraz, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay joining our wine list just a few years later.
March 2015 marked the next generation taking the lead, with Jack Nicol and Katherine Anderson taking over daily opperations, and the opening of our Restaurant.
March 2018 will see another exciting change! We will be taking things back to our roots and are becoming Nicol's Paddock.
Don't worry though, we still have the same great food, wine & people.
