Saint Regis' Winery was planted in 1997, in the rich limestone soil of Waurn Ponds on the edge of Geelong.
2001 marked Saint Regis' first vintage of Shiraz, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay joining our wine list just a few years later.
March 2015 marked the opening of our Food & Wine Bar.
Our menu focuses on a seasonally changing, shared style of dining over Lunch or Dinner, or snacks, coffee and wine all day.

We are focused on Local products, including local beer and wine list to showcase the region. All in a beautiful and relaxed environment overlooking the Shiraz vines.
We pride ourselves on the ability to cater for many dietary requirements including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegetarian and Vegan. If you have any further questions about your specific dietary needs, please don't hesitate to call and ask.
Weddings & Functions
We are able to accommodate up to 50 people for a sit down meal or up to 65 for a canape function.
To give all our groups the best attention possible, we only offer one book-out function per month. For this reason we do require a small non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Situated on the rolling hills beside the Geelong bypass at Waurn Ponds in southern Victoria. All wines are made & bottled on site by winemaker Peter Nicol.
You will get to sample all of our wines. Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, whilst over looking the vineyard, it's very friendly (even dog friendly) and relaxed.
